Ingredients:
- 30g / 2oz roasted peppers from a jar (drained)
- 30g / 2oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 150g / 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp soft goat cheese
- 50g / 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 50g / 1/4 cup quark or cottage cheese (see my tip)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Mild paprika
Let’s create something tasty:
- Finely dice the red pepper and dried tomatoes.
- In a bowl, stir the goat cheese with the creme fraiche and quark until smooth and creamy. Blend in the diced tomatoes and pepper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Our tip:
- You can spread the Obatzda on thinly sliced grilled zucchini or eggplant as well. Roll them up and serve them with salad.
